Seth has devoted his life to educating the public out of their ignorance on many levels. His interests lie in skeletal dysfunction, joint maintenance, muscular hypertrophy, and of course, isolating the ideal human omnivorous diet. His undergraduate studies focused on the evolution of man and behavior, skeletal dynamics, and nutritional fortitude.
Seth’s professional background is diverse and includes a range of athletics (baseball, cycling, swimming, climbing), massage therapy and movement dynamics, selling pharmaceuticals, and strength and conditioning for a wide variety of clientele. He wants people to realize that they’ve been misled and misinformed when it comes to their health and help them understand what to do about it.
Fitness to Seth is a very practical thing. He wants people to be able to use their bodies as they have evolved to be used and for his clients to gain a better understanding of what their bodies are capable of doing. In the fitness industry, people feel very nebulous in regards to how to accomplish their goals. Seth strives to provide athletic education that helps people feel fulfilled and enlightened.
