When I started the Body Transformation Program, I was a couch potato eating a typical American diet and a 5-time Weight Watchers drop-out. Now, with 12 weeks behind me, I have achieved my goals: weight loss, muscle gain, more energy, and an active lifestyle. I feel lighter on my feet, my clothes fit better, and I have a better outlook on life.
The most important aspect of the program is the knowledge I’ve gained and how to apply it to my life. This program has taught me how to look at food in a different way and provide encouragement and accountability. I’m excited to continue this healthy lifestyle and I am so thankful to have a solid foundation to build upon.
