I highly recommend that everyone undergo a movement evaluation by one of the Black Box Fitness coaches. It was fairly quick, yet thorough, and it revealed critical area for improvement that if not corrected, could cause me to underperform – or worse – become injured doing heavy lifts (and nobody wants that!).
After one corrective-focused training session and two weeks of putting that training to work, my re-evaluation revealed significant improvement in my movement symmetry and I’m back to lifting heavy with improved form. Don’t wait until an injury sidelines you to figure out what you could have done to prevent it in the first place. Get a Black Box coach to evaluate your movement as soon as you can! This is yet another feature that makes Black Box Fitness stand out from the crowd.
