Accountability For Your Goals
You’ll start with our Foundations series, which includes a Functional Movement Screening and 3 private training sessions to prepare you for coming to classes, plus a 90-min nutrition and lifestyle consultation. For the next 3 months, you’ll have access to unlimited classes at Back Box and meet with a trainer once every week to check your progress. All participants receive a customized log book to track sleep, workouts, food, and stress.

Self-monitoring is the single most important tool for behavior change. By tracking what you do, we can see patterns in your habits and help you adjust what you’re doing to ensure you are making progress towards your specific goals. You’ll learn the power of paying attention and become more in tune with what your mind and body need for ideal well-being.
Constant dialogue is extremely important for your success. You will not be not alone in this journey.
